When MTM Technologies acquired Info Systems, Inc. in 2005, Joe became an IP Telephony Consultant working on a diverse set of voice PBX systems and related adjuncts, such as public address, door phone controls, video conferencing, call recording & accounting as well as voice over IP (VoIP) telephone systems to a wide range of industry sectors from 2-5000 telephone handsets.

Joe came on board the Assurance Media team upon its creation in 2009 with a portfolio of industry certifications and manufacturer product authorizations as a Sales and Design Consultant.
