JOB FUNCTIONS

• Accounts Payable – entry and statement reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable – including collections and cash receipts
• Sales order entry and billing
• Job profitability reporting and analysis
• Assists with the preparation of month end journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain vendor information and gather information for new vendors
• Supports the Sales Team as needed
• Assists with special projects when needed
• Assists Chief Financial Officer as required

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Programs
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software a plus
• Knowledge of ConnectWise software a plus

EDUCATION

• Current student working toward Accounting Degree or
• Associates in Accounting
