The CCHS Customer Portal is a web-based ticketing system used to manage all our service and project request as well as scheduling and communications about the specific request. Users can easily track projects or make changes to work orders in real time online. Customers can submit service tickets through their individual customer portal as shown below. The portal holds records of all “recommendations” or quotes, projects, contacts, invoices, service tickets, notes, and more.
