Mark Stellini has been called a “serial entrepreneur”. He co-founded Info Systems in 1982. The company rocketed from a few million dollars worth of revenue to a 90 million dollar IT consulting and managed services company. Info Systems was acquired by MTM Technologies in 2005.
Stellini is involved in a number of other start-up companies. Currently, he is a Founder and Principal of Assurance Media, LLC. The company provides Premise Security, Audio/Visual and Structured Cabling solutions. Assurance Media employs over 60 people and has experienced double-digit growth since its inception.
During Mark’s years of business leadership, he was recognized nationally by IBM for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction, received multiple SBA awards and won multiple awards as Entrepreneur/CEO of the Year in the Philadelphia region. He was also the NCCC Small Business Person of the Year and their Entrepreneurial Advocate of the Year.
Mr. Stellini serves on the corporate Board of Directors of AIG Federal Savings Bank. He is a past Chairman of the Board for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce (DSCC) and the Newcastle County Chamber (NCCC). He has also served as Chairman of Delaware Technical and Community College, Junior Achievement of Delaware and the DSCC Partnership in Education.
Mark is a Governor-appointed member of the New Castle County Vo-Tech School Board and the Delaware Workforce Development Board. Mr. Stellini currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Freire Charter School, Junior Achievement of Delaware and Sunday Breakfast Mission.
He is a native of Delaware and currently lives here with his wife Mimi. They have three grown children, Dr. Rachel Stellini, Mark, Jr., and Megan.
